SOUTH BUFFALO
WALK
FOR
HOPE
AWARENESS & REMEMBRANCE
WHEN /
MAY 19, 2018
9 AM - 3 PM
WHERE /
Cazenovia Park
Buffalo, NY
ABOUT THE EVENT /
South Buffalo and the entire Buffalo/Niagara region have been hit hard in recent years by depression-related deaths. Suicide and accidental overdoses have unfortunately become increasingly prevalent. We encourage friends and family members who have lost loved ones too soon (for any reason) to walk and remember them in their own way.
The primary objective of this event is to raise awareness and let everyone currently affected by depression and addiction know their community supports them in their battle. With this in mind, we ask the entire community to take part in this walk, bring your children, and stand up for those among us who may currently be going through difficult times.
